How old does a youngster need to be to play Table Tennis?
Not so much about age but about hand/eye co-ordination as a general rule if a child can bounce a ball on a bat half a dozen times without it hitting the ground then they are ready to start.

What equipment do I need for Table Tennis?
Just wear comfortable clothing for sport and trainers (not black soles) we can supply all other equipment including bats.

How much does Table Tennis cost?
We charge an annual subscription of £20 and a fee for playing in league matches or attending practice sessions of £4 each for adults with Juniors (under 18) paying half price.
I need a good bat for a beginner can you help?
Our coach recommends Palio Expert (various versions) which are only available on Amazon and start at around £30 for a good quality bat with a cover included. Any reasonable bat should have the ITTF logo on it near the handle on the rubber, please do NOT purchase a Dunlop bat from Sports Direct -no logo no good!
